Fees & Coverage Areas

The following chart shows the communities and zip codes in our coverage area. The “1004 Fee” is our appraisal fee for a FNMA form 1004 service (full appraisal with cost approach) on a typical property in those communities. Our definition of a typical property is a conventionally constructed and designed site built home (not manufactured homes) on a 5 acre or less site with no special site amenities such as waterfront, view or extraordinary additional structures. For any other type properties such as manufactured homes, waterfront, view, large acreage, etc. or other forms such as 1004 without cost, 1004C, 1025, 1075, Condo, Land, etc. email us for a fee quote at ajohnsonappr@comcast.net.

Properties in Mason, Grays Harbor and Lewis Counties are subject to a time and mileage charge which has been factored into the fee quote.

THURSTON COUNTY

Thurston County,  located approximately 60 miles south of Seattle, has 737 square mile of land area with a population of 203,000. It is the home of the Washington State Capitol. The major cities, Olympia, Lacey, and Tumwater, have most of the population in the county. MASON COUNTY

Mason County, located approximately 60 mile southwest of Seattle, has approximately 970 square miles of land area with a population of 48,000. The major cities are Shelton and Belfair. Most of the population resides in and around the city of Shelton. LEWIS COUNTY

Lewis County, located 90-120 miles south of Seattle, is situated on the I-5 corridor approximately half way between Seattle and Portland.
